Romeo uses a minimal cookie setup. The app does not currently rely on an ad-tech or analytics cookie stack in this codebase.
Essential preference cookie
Romeo may set a cookie called romeo_lang to remember the selected site language between visits.
This cookie supports the user experience and is not intended to identify you personally.
- Purpose: remember the current language selection.
- Duration: up to 12 months from the time it is set.
- Scope: first-party cookie for this site path.
- SameSite: Lax.
What Romeo does not currently use
We do not use dedicated analytics, advertising cookies, or account/session cookies. There is no current account functionality planned however should we add this in the future, we will of course review our policies.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you delete cookies or block future cookies. If you block the language cookie, the site may stop remembering your preferred language between visits.
Future changes
Romeo may update its cookie usage in the future. Any changes will be reflected in this notice.
